DIY : Iced Coffee!

Although it's quite chilly outside, sometimes a regular coffee just doesn't do the trick for your thirst and maybe you have no time to make a quick starbucks run either! Well, fear not! This may just be the easiest "recipe" on the internet, if you can really even call it a recipe!

Here's how it works :
1. Brew your favourite coffee blend (personally, mine is VanHoute's vanilla hazelnut light blend) and measure out 1 and 1/2 cups
2. Mix in 1/4 to 1/2 of a cup of coffee creamer. I used french vanilla cream. (Of course this step is optional if you don't put anything in your coffee!)

3. Take a clean ice cube tray and pour the mix evenly in to the tray.

4. Put the full tray in the freezer for a half hour. When you take it out, the mix will be slightly frozen but also nice and chilly! If you prefer a frozen drink simply leave the mix in for another 30 minutes.
5. Prepare mix in a nice big glass with ice and ENJOY your treat !
(If the mix is completely frozen just pop it in a blender until it's nice and smoothe!)
